How the Sillybandz Monthly Mystery Box works
The Sillybandz Monthly Mystery Box is a recurring subscription. Every month we pack a surprise box of Sillybandz goodies and ship it straight to you.
Billing
Your subscription is $24.95 per month plus $5.00 shipping, billed automatically each month to your saved payment method on your renewal date. Prices exclude any applicable taxes.
What’s inside
Every box is a surprise! Contents vary each month and may include packs, bundles, rare shapes, stickers, and other Sillybandz goodies. Because surprise is the whole point, box contents cannot be chosen, exchanged, or substituted. Defective or damaged items will always be replaced — just contact us.
Shipping
Boxes ship once per month to the shipping address on your subscription. You can update your address anytime from My Account.
Cancelling & managing your subscription
You can cancel anytime from My Account → Subscriptions — no phone calls, no hoops. Cancelling stops future renewals; boxes already paid for will still ship. No refunds are issued for boxes already billed, and you keep everything you’ve received.
